Neck pain can be a real pain in the neck.  Trouble looking over your shoulder or tilting your head forward or backwards has a serious impact on your ability to go about your day.  Neck pain can lead to headaches as well. There are many causes of neck pain.  Since some causes of neck pain can be quite serious, it is a good idea to get your condition checked out.  

Some causes of neck pain include but are not limited to:

  • Chronic desk and computer work
  • Poor sleeping posture or using a bad pillow
