Biography

Dr. Marshall Dispenza started his career in the medical profession as a Nurse and Emergency Medical Technician for the United States Air Force. During this time he spent two years working in the Emergency Department on Travis AFB in California. Upon leaving the military Dr. Dispenza decided to further his medical education in the Chiropractic field. Dr. Dispenza graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in 2004, where he received his doctorate in Chiropractic and a Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology.

Dr. Dispenza has continued his chiropractic education with post-doctoral seminars in Chiropractic Neurology, TMJ disorders and treatments, Gait Analysis, Acupuncture, Selective Functional Movement Assessments, and Sports Medicine. He plans to complete his diplomate studies in both Chiropractic Neurology and Sports Medicine. This background allows Dr. Dispenza to treat sports related injuries, headaches, and neuromuscular problems with more precision and detail.

Dr. Dispenza maintains that exercise and nutrition are two facets in life that can help all chiropractic patients. To show this Dr. Dispenza is active in the greater Washington D.C. soccer community. And don’t be surprised if you see him on the trails, as he is an avid hiker and biker. Dr. Dispenza lectures on nutrition and would be glad to talk to you about your diet.
