Services & Techniques

At Proactive Chiropractic and Physical Therapy, we take great pride in providing the finest comprehensive health care to our patients. Below is a sampling of the different services we offer.

Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing “state of the art” chiropractic techniques. Never in the history of chiropractic have we been able to provide the level of help and expertise that now exists. These newer correction methods are safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Joseph Pollack, Dr. Ryan Mullen and Dr. Marshall Dispenza have years of training and experience in spinal adjustment.

Physical Therapy

We evaluate each individual patient and develop an appropriate plan of care based on the underlying issue. All programs are different and will include different techniques that could include manual treatment, therapeutic exercises, and/or therapeutic modalities. Each program is individual to the patient and health level and will include education in activities to perform at home. Specific exercises and stretches can help your body stay activated and will help you maintain your improvement long after therapy.

Pain Management and Orthopedic Therapy

Pain management services encompass a range of medical interventions aimed at alleviating or mitigating chronic pain conditions so that you can focus on your physical therapy journey without the pain. We offer Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy, where the patient’s own concentrated platelets are injected into an injured area to promote tissue healing and reduce inflammation; Trigger Point Injections (TPI) involving injecting medication, such as anesthetic or corticosteroid, into specific muscle knots or “trigger points” to relieve pain and improve muscle function; Prolotherapy, which stimulates the body’s natural healing process by injecting irritant solutions into damaged ligaments or tendons to promote tissue repair; and other wholistic regenerative treatments for osteoarthritis that utilize advanced therapies like stem cell injections or growth factors to encourage the regeneration of damaged joint tissues, providing a holistic approach to managing pain and enhancing the overall quality of life for patients dealing with chronic discomfort.
